For a long time it was quiet about the duo The Death Set, which released their last album in 2011. Ten years ago, however, things were even busier around the band:
Songs on film soundtracks, video games and the like, releases on Steve Aoki's Dim Mark label and so on. But who cares about the past when the present shines so wonderfully crazy with the new album “How To Tune…”?
To borrow a phrase: the long wait was worth it! With the new songs, the two of them are climbing the walls and if you can sit still while listening to songs like “Set For Death” or “Nowhere Is Here”,
This can no longer be helped when it comes to punk rock. “PUNK ROCK” are you asking? It's not that easy with The Death Set. Is it electro, noise, punk or art shit?
The question can be answered pretty well if you look at live photos from a Death Set show - the air is burning. This is 102% full throttle energy, with stage dives, mosh pits and wrecking balls.

Evil tongues may claim that the time for this kind of sound is over, but those are just evil tongues who don't feel like total demolition!
