Punks were already swaying along to "Young Broken Saves Old People's Homes" in the early 80s. The slogan captured the mood of the time. No one could imagine living past 25. No Future! was the motto of all the defiant incompetent and sensitive self-promoters who discovered punk for the Federal Republic of Germany at the time. Right in the middle of it all was Annette ("Bärchen") and her pack of rebellious high school students ("die Milchbubis"). They cranked up their amplifiers and made as many songs as possible from a few chords. The lyrics were about turning away from society through humor, alcohol, and self-destruction.
40 years later, the time has come: The retrospective "Endlich komplett betrunken" (Finally Completely Drunk) features all the songs from the legendary EP and LP, remastered from the original tapes, along with some wonderfully broken live recordings. There are also new bonus tracks like the mix of her song “Tagebuch” with the punk classic “Samen im Darm” – her middle finger against homophobia.
