Camp Trash is the result of two friendships:

  1. Friendship America, the short-lived band from Sarasota founded by brothers Keegan and Levi Bradford and Bryan Gorman, and

  2. the decades-long friendship and songwriting collaboration between Keegan and Bryan.

After Keegan left Florida, he and Bryan stayed in touch by working on music and exchanging song demos via email. Even though they were living in different states, the three friends decided it was time to start a new project based on the songs they had written.

They formed Camp Trash without a plan for how to record or tour—just a handful of songs and the joy of creating something together with friends.

Their new album, “Two Hundred Thousand Dollars”, was recorded, produced, and mixed by James Palko, mastered by Zach Weeks at God City Studios, and features a new contribution from Kyle Meggison (formerly of Worst Party Ever) on drums.

The band's second LP is the result of years of love for Fountains of Wayne and Guided by Voices, and a desire to write short, loud, and catchy songs.

The tracks are loosely connected character sketches, following unlucky scammers, gamblers, cult members, and small-time crooks—people dreaming of something bigger and coming up with foolproof plans to get there, only to find out that the path is more complicated than they ever imagined.
