In 1991, four kids from a Chicago suburb founded Cap’n Jazz, one of the most influential rock bands of the past 30 years. Their sole album, with the lengthy title starting with "Burritos,..." (often referred to as "Shmap’n Shmazz"), quickly sold out after its 1995 release. It became a catalyst for the formation of other notable bands featuring the original members, including American Football, Joan of Arc, The Promise Ring, Owls, Owen, Make Believe, and Ghosts and Vodka.
The key track "Little League" is ranked among the Top 3 best emo songs of all time by Vulture.

Now, for the first time, a remastered LP reissue from the original tapes is being released on white vinyl, complete with a download code.
