In 2019, to mark their 40th anniversary, EA80 released a 7" box set — 42 new tracks, each around one minute long, spread across seven (!) 7-inch records. Musically, it's a wild ride through the full sonic spectrum of the band, ranging from delicate, sketch-like songs to raw noise-punk chaos. Lyrically, the band remains as intelligent and poetic as ever.

In early 2024, Single will be released in 12" format, featuring two new songs — “Die letzte Frage” and “xx 42 Stücke xx” — along with the 42 tracks from the 7-inch box set as bonus tracks. The LP comes with a large center hole!!
