No question, the album "American Idiot" belongs in every decent music collection. Musically it has everything to offer what makes punk, serious songs ("Wake Me Up When September Ends", "Blvrd Of Broken Dreams"...), typical funpunk ("American Idiot", "St. Jimmy", "Letterbomb", "Holiday") balladesque ("Are We The Waiting", "Give Me Novacaine"...) and also hymns ("Jesus Of Surburbia", "Homecoming"). There is nothing to complain about, every song a hit!
