With their debut album "Cities Away" (2014), Jenna Priestner (vocals, guitar) and Marcia Hanson (drums, vocals) quickly attracted attention not only in their Canadian homeland, the European release on Gunner was quickly followed by the first tour dates here, and both alone and as the support act for the Against Me! tour in December 2016, the agile duo from Winnipeg quickly won over the audience with their raw sound between garage, alternative rock and punk.

With "Feeling Disconnected", once again recorded and produced by John Paul Peters (Propagandhi, Comeback Kid) at Private Ear Studio, Mobina Galore present ten new songs that seem even more focused, raw and energetic than their predecessor and are simply closer to the band's immediate live sound. With songs such as "Suffer", "Nervous Wreck", "Ready To Let Go" or "Partner In Crime", the band are in troubled waters, not far removed from colleagues such as Brody Dalle/Distillers, L7 or Courtney Love's early Hole.

Jenna Priestner's feisty and powerful voice characterizes the songs, and the lack of guitar overdubs allows the songs to shoot straight to the finish line. With the experience of constantly running into the wall of a male-dominated music scene and industry as an all-female band and the feelings of isolation and loneliness caused by constant touring, "Feeling Disconnected" also reads well as a conceptual collection of defiant outsider anthems.
