The material on “Requiem For The Aftermath” can be easily be compared to ‘Chantdown Babylon’ but it is more intense and hard hitting with eleven songs to boot. Strike First quickly established a reputation of being one of the hardest-working and most aggressive hardcore bands in the dutch scene. This no-doubt did pay off, clearly evident on this LP.
