V/A • Merchcowboy Mixtape Vol. 3 • DoLP

Following the success of the Merchcowboy Mixtapes Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, the third part of the benefit sampler will be released on July 18, 2025. This time, the band supports #LeaveNoOneBehind and PRO ASYLl, thus clearly opposing the shift to the right and exclusion and positioning itself for unconditional humanity.

Among others, Die Toten Hosen, Die Ärzte, Deichkind, Broilers, Heaven Shall Burn, Donots,
Madsen, Grossstadtgeflüster, Sondaschule, Montreal, Deine Cousine, Juli, Ebow, Lara Hulo, H-Blockx,
Heisskalt, and many other well-known names in the German alternative music scene are supporting the project.

All of them are bands and artists who are politically active and committed to a cosmopolitan, tolerant society.

At a time when society must fight the growing threat of hate and exclusion more than ever, a powerful musical statement is being made. The Merchcowboy Mixtape was initiated by Carsten Ehlich, CEO of Merchcowboy, and Hirsch, singer and bassist of the band Montreal. In 2020, with the first mixtape, they raised over €56,000 for people in the cultural sector who had been hit hard financially during the pandemic. In 2022, they built on this success and raised €53,000 for people fleeing the war in Ukraine. The Merchcowboy Mixtape Vol. 3 will use music to raise funds for the organizations #LeaveNoOneBehind and PRO ASYL – precisely the organizations that work daily to promote living democracy, support refugees, and combat fascism. All bands and artists waive their fees - the profits from the sale of the sampler will be donated in full to both organizations in equal shares.
