Even after 26 years, eight albums, and around 2000 concerts, the four Swedish skatepunkers of Millencolin don't tire of delighting their fan base. "We're a band truly formed from respect and understanding for each other and our passion for rock music," says singer and bassist Nikola Sarcevic. "If you ask us, this is the best job in the world!" The new and ninth studio album, "SOS," follows the full-length album "True Brew," released by Millencolin in 2015, and the eponymous EP they added in February 2016. In these releases, the Melodycore veterans, formed in 1992, caused a stir not least due to their critical stance on society. The album title, cover artwork, and song titles like "Dramatic Planet," "Trumpets & Poutine," and "So You Want War" emphasize that the Swedish foursome continues undeterred, reflecting on political and social developments.
